Battered Hake Croquettes 300g

The Battered Croquettes are made with carefully selected hake pieces.

This Tapas is easy and quick to prepare and makes an excellent appetizer or first course that will appeal to both children and adults.

INGREDIENTS:

HAKE (Merluccius) (35%), WHEAT (GLUTEN) flour, water, sunflower oil, WHEAT (GLUTEN) starch, yeast, salt,
modified maize starch, sugar, EGG albumin, raising agents (E 450 diphosphates, E 500 sodium carbonate), thickeners (E
407 carrageenan, E 412 guar gum), colour (E 101 riboflavin).

MAY CONTAIN: Milk, molluscs, crustaceans, fish, soy and tree nuts

Per 100gr frozen: Energy 787Kj (187Kcal), Total fat 4.9g of which saturated 1.1g, Carbothydrate 28.3g of which sugars; 0.3g, Fiber 1.3g, Proteins 6.7g and Salt 1.30g.

FRYING PAN:
Fry the pieces, without defrosting, in abundant and very hot oil (180-190ºC.). In order to maintain the oil temperature, we
recommend you fry few pieces at one time. Turn them around after 2 to 3 minutes until they are crunchy and golden.

DEEP-FRYER:
Fry the pieces, without defrosting, in abundant and very hot oil (180-190ºC.) Fry for 2 to 3 minutes until they are crunchy and golden.

If you see any superficial ice on the product, remove it with a cloth before frying the product, in order to avoid oil slashes.

OVEN:

Place the pieces without defrosting in the middle tray of the oven. Cook at 200ºC for 12-13 minutes, then turn the pieces upside down and continue cooking so that the product would get crunchy and golden.
